SHIPPING POLICY
By completing a purchase at checkout, you agree to our Terms of Service and all policies stated on our website.
Small tears, scuffs, or minor separations at the seams of factory-sealed product shrink wrap are normal and are not considered defects and will not be grounds for compensation. All of our products are sourced from official Canadian distributors.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP / BE DELIVERED?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 0 to 2 business days after the order is placed.
We always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If you choose Economy Shipping (No Tracking) at checkout, your package will be sent using standard mail through Canada Post or USPS and no tracking number will be provided.
If you would like tracking for your shipment, please select Standard Shipping at checkout.
SALES TAX
All orders are taxed according to the applicable tax rates of your Province, Territory, or State.
SELLER PROTECTION & FRAUD DETECTION
Orders may be subject to verification of the name, address, and phone number associated with the payment method.
If discrepancies are detected during this process, we may contact you to confirm the order before it is processed.
Credit or debit cards issued outside of the United States or Canada may not be accepted, as we may not be able to complete the verification process when required.
For higher value orders, we may require signature confirmation or card-for-pickup delivery. This helps prevent package theft and protects both the customer and the seller.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
